Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Revenue Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to support revenue management initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities across various channels within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Revenue Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze revenue performance metrics, including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR), to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards summarizing key revenue indicators and performance against targets for management review.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark pricing strategies and positioning against industry peers.
- Pricing and Inventory Management:

- Assist in setting pricing strategies and adjusting rates based on demand, market conditions, and competitor pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and availability across different distribution channels, ensuring optimal utilization and maximizing revenue potential.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional strategies with business objectives and market dynamics.

Distribution Channel Management:

- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and other distribution partners to optimize channel mix and revenue contribution.
- Monitor channel performance, including booking volumes, commissions, and profitability, and make recommendations for channel optimization.
- Implement strategies to minimize distribution costs and maximize direct bookings through the hotel's website and other direct channels.
- Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting:

- Assist in developing revenue forecasts and budgets for the organization, incorporating historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
- Monitor actual revenue performance against forecast and budget, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of revenue projections with financial reporting.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue management strategies with sales targets, marketing campaigns, and operational priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to other departments regarding pricing, promotions, and inventory management to support overall revenue goals.
- Participate in regular meetings and cross-functional projects to drive revenue growth and improve business performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles within the real estate industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
