Saxo Bank A/S Dubai (Rep. Office) is a Representative (“Rep”) office of a leading global investment bank and investment facilitator based in Downtown Dubai, regulated by the Central Bank of the U.A.E

The Rep. office role is to promote the products and services of Saxo Bank which specializes in online trading and investments across global capital markets and asset classes, and are seeking to grow our workforce with a results-driven and proactive Relationship Manager for the MENA region.

You will be responsible for growing our client relationships, and providing our clients with up-to-date market & product information of Saxo’s global services and promoting Saxo’s capabilities with your in-depth product, platform and solution knowledge. Note: Saxo Bank is an execution-only provider of Financial services, hence no advisory services are given to clients.

You would do so whilst ensuring prudence and adhering to Saxo Bank’s values, its policies and procedures, and in compliance with all local regulations.

Main tasks:
- Providing market information as released by our global strategy team, while developing your portfolio of clients based on your deep understanding of clients perspective/strategy and Saxo's relevance.- Proactively conducting client interactions to reduce clients’ attrition, while also demonstrating growth mindset in actively focusing on initiatives designed to work on retention, growth, upgrades and reactivations.- Gathering information and analyzing the market.- Online and in-person Webinars & Seminars. Participate in client events and organize client’s educational seminars.- Guide clients through new product/platform launches and any required changes to their account / relationship with Saxo.- Actively seeking new business through professional networking and referrals.- Hosting meetings with potential high value clients in order to grow your own book of business, or when coordinating with the sales team in handling VIP potentials.- Responding to clients on account, position and administrative information or requests.- Ensure sufficient understanding of and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines with regards to best execution and MiFID when handling or reviewing clients.

Skills and abilities:
- Fluent and well spoken in Arabic & English.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Self-motivation and the ability to work with consistently high standards.- Drive and tenacity in reaching goals.- Commitment to providing excellent customer service with an enthusiastic approach when speaking with clients.- The ability to use your own initiative effectively and when appropriate.- Good team player who can also work independently and under pressure.- Ability to adapt selling techniques and styles to your audience.- Professional and structured approach, suited to a regulated product environment.- Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment- Has basic mathematical / numbers skills - ability to conduct simple calculations during client communication without the use of calculators.

Knowledge:
- Knowledge and direct experience of Saxo’s products and services (primarily Forex, Options, CFDs, Stocks, Funds).- Understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.

**Experience**:
- Min. 3 years experience in RM or similar role, including Sales-based experience and targets/KPI’s.- Financial markets experience and proven understanding of the marketplace.
