**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations, ensuring efficient maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Utilize call center expertise to manage tenant and client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong communication.Monitor and manage facility budgets, vendor contracts, and maintenance schedules.
- Implement strategies to optimize space utilization and enhance overall facility functionality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, ITI or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in call centre operations or management is essential.
- Strong understanding of call centre processes, performance metrics, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Shifts**:Be prepared for a 12-hour shift schedule. The workweek may include six working days and one day off on a weekly basis. Flexibility in terms of working hours is essential for this role.
