**Job Description**:
Sales Operations Administrator is required to track business results, perform cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs, manage all business operations and set goals across the entire organization and ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.

1. Support the General Manager in plans and strategies
2. Support the General Manager on Market Intelligence and Assigning growth targets to the regions/ teams.
3. Work closely with the stakeholder to manage the sales forecast process.
4. Coordinates sales planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
5. Drive operations compliance with CNS Policies & processes in collaboration with PMO and Finance
6. Lead all operation excellence and sales discipline process including the creation of related templates and timetable: QBR/Territory Plans/ Account Plans/ Opportunity Plans/ Forecast calls /Renewal follow up etc.
7. Support the General Manager in selective executive marketing and internal communication
8. Able to work with the sales management to classify accounts, segment them and assign them to the right account manager.

9. Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.

10. Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
10. Manages the CRM tool ensuring that all opportunities and quotes reported by the sales team are entered and progressed correctly
11. Ability to analyze various sales and booking characteristics, and report on sales metrics and performances
12. Work with the sales team on any operation issue related to their sales activities and help resolve them working with the internal team
13. Utilize the bid team and prepare winning bids, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process and insure consistency in bid appearance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Solid prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP BW, QlikView and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.
- The job holder is expected to possess the follow:

- An analytical mind as well as a strong commercial acumen.
- Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
