**SALES ADMINISTRATOR**
Sales administrator is responsible for supporting sales operatives and managing a range of customer-related inquiries throughout the day.
As a sales administrator, it's important to be adaptable and accurate with your work due to the varied list of responsibilities required for the position. A good level of verbal and written communication is necessary. Experience in sales and other admin roles may be beneficial to manage the fast-paced working environment and many tasks carried out by sales administrators. The following is a list of the main duties you might expect to perform as a sales administrator:
- process customer orders, ensuring payments are correct and transactions finish smoothly
- update customer details
- arrange deliveries and re-order supplies
- offer after-sales support
- provide quotations for customers
- check stock availability and prices
- produce invoices
- handle credit checks
- maintain a record of sales and organize sales-related paperwork
- generate sales reports
- communicate with other departments and identify new products to sell
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Ensure sales team targets are met and report any deviations
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
