Managing sales orders and invoices

- Responding to customer inquiries and assisting with sales-related issues
- Maintaining sales databases and reports
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
- Assisting with the organization of sales events and promotional activities
- Keeping track of inventory and stock levels
- Monitoring sales performance metrics
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supporting the Sales Team: Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales contracts for engineering products or services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases, respond to customer inquiries, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Order Management: Process sales orders, track order status, and coordinate with logistics and operations departments for timely delivery of engineering products.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to the sales team and management for decision-making.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing sales meetings, and managing sales doentation.
- Coordination with Engineering Teams: Collaborate with engineering departments to address technical queries, product specifications, and ensure smooth communication between sales and engineering teams.
- Sales Doentation: Maintain sales records, update product catalogs, and ensure accuracy of sales doentation for engineering products.
