**Join Our Team as an Administration & Data Coordinator in Dubai**

**About Us**: The Waste Lab is a dynamic, women-led, and impact-driven startup on a mission to rescue food waste, build soil and promote regenerative agricultural practices in the UAE and beyond. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Administration & Data Coordinator** to join our team in Dubai immediately.
- **MUST have own UAE residency visa Applicants without a visa will not be contacted.**_
- **Location: Jabal Ali Industrial Area**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Coordination**: Manage bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking, ensuring timely follow-up on client payments.
- **Procurement**: Oversee supply procurement, maintaining stock levels for various areas.
- **Reporting & Budgeting**: Prepare regular expense and budget reports.
- **Document Management**: Develop and maintain an efficient filing system.
- **Data Organization**: Collect, track, and organize data using templates and relevant systems.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain customer profiles and sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- **Employee Information**: Handle employee paperwork, leaves, and payroll.
- **Team Collaboration**: Support data gathering and provide necessary training.
- **Inquiry Management**: Respond to and follow up on inquiries from various channels.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors for PRO services and facility management.
- **Communication**: Manage incoming calls and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- **Report Preparation**: Assist in preparing regular reports.
- **Policy Maintenance**: Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- **Education & Experience**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in Dubai.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with accounting software and CRM systems. Strong data entry skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent speaking and writing English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Analytical skills for data interpretation and report generation.
- **Work Environment**: Familiarity with Dubai's business environment and regulations. Adaptability to a fast-paced work setting. Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance.
