**Administrative Support**:
Manage and maintain the marketing calendars, schedules, and appointments.

Prepare and distribute marketing materials, reports, and presentations.

Organize and maintain marketing files and databases.

Prepare, edit and make advertisement through Real Estate Portals in Dubai (Property Finder)

**Data Management**:
Monitor and update leads Databases

Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing initiatives.

Maintain customer and lead databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

**Office Management**:
Order and manage office supplies and marketing materials inventory.

Coordinate and assist HR Manager in recruitment: posting, selecting, interviewing and hiring new employee.

Supporting Sales Team, (calls, communication with clients

Daily performance evaluation for Dubai branch employee

Handle expense reporting and petty cash.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or communications environment.

**Skills**:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems..).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:
Full-time position with standard office hours.

May involve occasional evening or weekend work during peak project periods.
