Bid Coordinator

Sales Coordinator in an Architectural Consultancy Company plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and business development efforts of the firm.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Manage incoming leads generated through various channels such as website inquiries, referrals, and networking events.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing information about the firm's services.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials for client meetings and pitches.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to gather necessary information and develop customized solutions for clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to support business development efforts.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
