As a Real Estate Administrator cum Call Center Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate agency. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and also handle incoming calls from clients, potential buyers, and sellers. This role offers a unique blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with document management, data entry, and record keeping.
- Prepare and process real estate transaction paperwork.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for the real estate team.
- **Call Center Duties**:
- Handle inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer inquiries related to properties, listings, and real estate processes.
- Schedule property viewings and appointments for our real estate agents.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure exceptional client service.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a real estate administrative role or call center is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
