We are a well-established Real Estate Company located in Abu Dhabi, seeking individuals with a passion for real estate and excellent communication skills to join our call centre team. As a Call Centre Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in assisting clients with their inquiries, negotiating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Main Qualities**:

- **Fluency in English**: Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a must. The ability to communicate effectively with clients is crucial for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to landlords, collecting property information, and determining availability.
- Actively engage with property owners to discuss potential leasing opportunities and negotiate rental terms.
- Maintain an organized database of property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends and pricing in the local real estate market.
- Assist property owners in valuing an accurate price for their property (to lease/sell).
- Handle inquiries and complaints from landlords/tenants, providing effective and timely resolutions.
- Maintain good contact with landlords.

The company offers visa sponsorship and comprehensive medical insurance coverage. The standard work schedule consists of 5 days per week, with 8 hours each day. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
