Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Provide administrative support to the magement and the team on their day to day task as follows:
- Manage the Calendar of Partners and Arranging Meetings with Clients, Partners and Suppliers.
- Assist the sales team in sending introduction letter to all potential business partners and creation and preparation of product portfolios and products list.
- Create and Archive Partnership Agreement in coordination with Partnership head.
- Responsible in Product Building.
- Manage employee files and coordinates with the PRO for Visa / Labour permit processing.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Purchase Office / Pantry Supplies as required.
- Maintains the order and organization of the office area.
- Provide assistance in import shipment and coordination with Suppliers and Shipping Agent for rates, documentations, and schedule as required.
- Handling private Task for Partners.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven admin or assistant experience minimum 2 years.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Must know MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
