We are looking for a skilled Administrative - Lady for the Catering Company which is located in Al Quoz, Dubai and preferably can join immediately.

Salary will be discussed upon interview, it depends on the experience.

Must have at least more than 1 year Experience in F&B.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To assist Line Manager with management of all aspects of banqueting events from enquiry to conclusion of banqueting events.

2. To assist Line Manager to manage the designing, planning engineering of banqueting menu/ events.

3. To assist Line Manager to manage and co-ordinate food and drinks/beverages preparation and Fixture, Fittings and Equipment list.

4. To assist Line Manager to investigate and resolve customer complaints.

5. To assist in managing customers’ expectations and deal and resolve with all concerns/queries.

6. Effective liaison, support and assistance with the remainder of organization.

7.Help set an example for team members of commitment, work ethic and habits and personal character.

8. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.

9. You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.
