The HR and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's human resources and financial operations. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits, while also financial reporting, and compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- New and Renewal of Visa/Work permit, employees concerns.
- Manage hiring, employee relations, and payroll.
- Collecting Payments daily basis
- Prepare VAT report monthly basis
- Manage inventory stock for office stationary, coffee machine and pantry room
- Check stock and order books for deccan and Dnieper
- Check and verify with store and warehouse IN charge for stock and place the order.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years Experience in HR.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and analysis.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, office-based.
- Visa will provide by company

**Salary**: 3000 AED-4000 AED
