Drafting the job descriptions and planning the structure of a company, maintaining and updating the employee database from new joiners and leavers from time to time. Providing assistance to the HR manager in updating and maintaining all job descriptions for all the employees.
- Providing support to draft the orientation and planning the training programs and schedules for the employees.
- Assisting the HR manager in budgeting, planning and forecasting the new hires and keeping a track of replacement positions. Keeping a close watch on project plan progress from time to time.
- Assisting the HR manager in monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results and maintaining office decorum.
- Providing support to the HR manager in planning and scheduling the conference meetings for various departments and annual meeting plans.
- To be as a first point of contact for employee grievances, recording and providing with first level of investigation to the HR manager by sharing the complete report.
- To keep a track of employee compensation and benefits, Timely suggestions and advisory for recommendations on training programs & institutes not limited to conducting employee assessment programs.
- Maintaining, filing and keeping the records of past and current employee information in the soft and hard format retrievable at all times for HR manager and Management reference.
- Providing orientation and counselling to employees who are violating HR policies and disrupting the office decorum, escalating to the HR manager wherever necessary.
- Building self with professional and technical knowledge enhancement by working closely with the HR manager
- Assisting HR manager to maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training HR team for better productivity.
- Providing full support to the HR manager at the time of appraisal meeting and updating the self-evaluation forms department wise, Scheduling appraisal meeting and other necessary arrangements depending up on the occurrence.
- Providing 360 support to the HR manager in achieving the results and exceeding the expectations as per the management requirements. Endorsing and promoting teamwork within HR team and accomplishing related results as needed.
- Manage the onboarding of new employees and track the passport, visa, medical, EID, Medical insurance, aligning all required docs for every new joiner and contacting applicant references.
- Managing and assisting the HR manager for PRO assignments and tracking progress of employee, company and management tasks
- To provide availability of employee documents for group staff at all times and keeping them updated from time to time.
- Creating various employee forms and create procedures as needed
- Verifying the time & attendance report for each employee of the group and collecting the sick leaves and other documents before payroll time.
- Tracking the payroll queries from finance and completing the payroll within assigned period of completion.
- Run monthly payroll in the software system
- Follows through off boarding procedures for each employee; completion of exit clearance and checklist, verifying gratuity, issuing tickets and cancellation papers

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
