**We are looking for HR Operations - Executive**

**Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and respond to employee requests related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Manage visa and work permit renewals for international employees.
- Support employee relations by resolving workplace conflicts and concerns.
- Track and manage employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and visa statuses.
- Prepare HR reports such as attendance and leave balances for management.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and administrative HR tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments (Legal, Finance) for visa processing and payroll adjustments.
- Ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws.

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR software (HRIS, payroll systems).
- Strong understanding of labor laws and visa regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Cultural sensitivity for managing diverse employee needs.
