Human Resources Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- Must have experience in MOHRE and ICP transactions
- Verify the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents (visa, Emirates ID, and labor card processing).
- Manage payroll processing and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Preferred**: Can join immediately.
