Human Resources Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator at Mechri Passengers Transportation Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources department and ensuring the efficient functioning of HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating and conducting new hire orientations and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
Employee Relations:
- Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Assisting in maintaining positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
HR Administration:
- Managing employee records, maintaining databases, and ensuring accuracy of HR information systems.
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Assisting employees with benefits inquiries and supporting benefit enrollment processes.
- Collaborating with the HR team in administering payroll and ensuring accurate compensation distribution.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Generating reports and providing HR-related data analysis as needed.
Support to HR Department:
- Collaborating with the Management on various projects and initiatives.
- Providing administrative support as required for HR-related tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience 2 years in HR roles or related positions.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities.
