Job Summary:
The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department at Al Yaqeen Carton Works LLC. The role will focus on facilitating HR operations related to employee relations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, and compliance. This position is key to ensuring smooth HR processes within a dynamic and growing printing press environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring proper documentation and orientation.

Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all personal, attendance, and performance data is up to date.

Process employee leave requests and ensure records are accurately maintained in the HR system.

Manage the filing of employee documentation both electronically and physically.

Payroll and Benefits:
Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring accurate attendance, overtime, and deductions.

Coordinate with employees regarding queries on salary, benefits, and leave balances.

Support in the administration of employee benefits and other HR-related programs.

Employee Relations:
Assist in handling employee grievances and complaints and escalate when necessary.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to within the company.

Support in organizing employee welfare activities, events, and team-building exercises.

Training and Development:
Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.

Maintain records of employee training and certifications.

Help organize performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure that HR processes comply with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Assist in preparing reports and audits as needed by management.

Ensure proper documentation and filing for labor and immigration compliance.

General HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members as required.

Handle day-to-day queries from employees and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Maintain and update HR databases and files.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant role, preferably in a manufacturing or printing press environment.

**Skills**:Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
