We are looking for an (Female) HR Assistant F I L I P I N O to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees standard policies, benefits, hiring processes.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Keep track of staff data related to sick leave, Public holidays, Annual leave.
- Advertising position, sourcing CV, coordinate with agencies.
- Scheduling and conducting first round of telephonic interviews for the applicants and Providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- shortlisting and scheduling for interview.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR Manager.
- May assist to HR Manager with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Conducts and assists to HR Manager with new hire orientation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

- Associates degree in related field required.
- Prior related office experience preferred.

**Experience**:

- UAE HR assistant: 4 years (preferred)
