Client Relations and Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company growth strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and business strategies for clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline management, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement client acquisition strategies.
**Requirements**:
- **A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design will be an advantage**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relations, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and business practices is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
