Role Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant at Posh Abaya, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our business. You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to various departments, assisting with day-to-day tasks, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Assist with the organization and coordination of internal departments.

Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee files, customer information, and inventory data.

Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office maintenance.

Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee activities.

Support other departments as needed, including marketing, sales, and operations.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
