**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and preparing materials for presentations.
- **Coordination with Staff**: Work closely with teaching staff and administration to coordinate schedules, events, and activities.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate student and staff records, handle admissions documentation, and manage correspondence.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate institute policies, course information, and other updates to parents and students.
- **Meeting & Presentation Management**: Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in presentations.
- **Multitasking in a Fast-paced Environment**: Manage time-sensitive tasks with efficiency and adaptability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience working in an academic or educational setting is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- **Language**: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly and professional demeanor, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with parents, students, and staff.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks on tight schedules with attention to detail.
