We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Secretary & Administrative Assistant to manage our office operations in Ajman Free Zone. You will be working closely with a small team and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the office environment and ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and manage client documents, files, and records.
- Handle social media pages and assist in creating and scheduling posts.
- Assist in preparing documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- **1-2 years** of experience in a similar administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with managing social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- a similar administrative or office management role: 1 year (preferred)
- managing social media pages: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)

**Location**:

- Ajman (preferred)
