**Title : Sales Lead - HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes)**

**Location : Dubai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the HORECA sector, focusing on hotels, restaurants, cafes, and similar establishments.
- Leverage existing relationships with Food and Beverage (F&B) managers in hotels in Dubai to identify sales opportunities, secure appointments, and build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the HORECA industry, including owners, managers, chefs, and purchasing managers.
- Understand the unique needs and preferences of clients in the HORECA sector and tailor product offerings and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for clients to showcase our premium cigar offerings and educate them on product features, benefits, and selling points.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing to close deals and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and improvement.
- Understanding the industry and product to conduct customer Trainings in a specific manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress towards goals, key achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to cigar sales and distribution.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and enhance market presence.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, with a focus on selling products or services to hotels, restaurants, cafes, or similar establishments.
- Strong existing relationships with Food and Beverage (F&B) managers in hotels in Dubai.
- Multi Lingual where S/He has adequate command in written and spoken english, a second language and /or Arabic is a +
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Experience in cigar sales or a passion for cigars is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Odoo CRM is nice to have
