**Role Overview**:
The Sales Lead at Esperanza Speech and Occupational Therapy plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, establishing partnerships with medical professionals, and securing tie-ups with educational institutions. The Sales Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients and will actively promote the services offered by our center to relevant stakeholders in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential clients, including individuals seeking speech and occupational therapy services for themselves or their dependents.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.

2. Partnership Development:

- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pediatricians, and other medical professionals to generate referrals.
- Organize and conduct presentations or workshops to educate healthcare professionals about the services offered by Esperanza Speech and Occupational Therapy.
- Collaborate with educational institutions, including schools and nurseries, to establish partnerships and referral networks.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to speech and occupational therapy services.
- Analyze market data and identify opportunities for business expansion or diversification.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding sales performance and market dynamics.

4. Brand Representation:

- Serve as an ambassador for Esperanza Speech and Occupational Therapy, maintaining a professional and positive image at all times.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote the center and its services.
- Actively engage with social media platforms and other marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the speech therapy, healthcare or education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach
