**Corporate Development / Investor Relations**

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary contact for investor-related matters and ensure thorough understanding of key business performance drivers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's Corp Dev / IR strategy, including fundraising, roadshow planning, partnership development, and investment opportunity evaluation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, investors, portfolio companies, and financial media.
- Develop and manage documentation for investor-related processes, reports, and communications.
- Coordinate logistics for investor conferences, roadshows, and fundraising events, and support the team by responding to investor inquiries.
- Prepare informative and concise materials to communicate the company's strategy, operational performance, and financial results to the investment community.
- Assist in deal sourcing and conduct research on potential M&A and public listing opportunities, including market, financial, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to support their growth, provide strategic advice, and connect them with potential partners and customers.
- Help manage the fund's portfolio by monitoring performance and identifying value creation opportunities.
- Participate in ad-hoc Corp Dev / IR projects as assigned by senior management.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in Corp Dev and IR, either buy-side or sell-side experience is acceptable.
- Proficiency in planning, supporting, and implementing Corp Dev and IR activities.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to assess various investment opportunities in line with corporate strategy and market factors.
- Proven track record of creating and presenting high-quality presentations to senior leadership teams and potential investors.
- Familiarity with the Metaverse, crypto, fund management, digital assets, crypto fund, gaming, or blockchain industries is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of the latest financial market trends and technologies
- Experience with ADGM is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and oral English communication
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
