**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients and individual learners.

Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand industry trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their training needs and offering customized solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns for our training programs.

Organize and participate in networking events, workshops, and seminars to promote our institution and engage with potential clients.

Work closely with the curriculum development team to ensure our courses meet the evolving needs of the market.

Monitor and report on sales performance analytics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education, training, or corporate services sector.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
