Executive Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office paperwork, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff.
- Assist in organizing meetings and taking minutes when required.
- Coordinate office activities and provide general administrative support.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Executive Secretary or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & MBBS degree without license in UAE or a related Medical field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- HeathCare Experience is mandatory
- Driving license added advantage
- Hindi Speaking added advantage
- Flexible in Shift timings
- Flexible to work in late night during clinic working hours
- Good Attire and good inter-personal skills
