Secretary

Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Director.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Arrange meeting and prepare minutes for various meetings
- Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance.
- Administrative: Follow-up on general administrative work and secretarial duties at the office. - Document Controlling: Organizing, filing, archiving and retrieving documents.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of office programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and any industry-specific software used by the company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Chief Executive Director
- Fluent in English
- Arabic.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
