Executive Secretary

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role (1-2 years required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable about business software such as CRM, SAP, ERP, etc.
- Tele sales experience is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, fit, and friendly personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist senior executives with scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- **Document Preparation**: Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Effective Communication**: Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating clear and concise communication skills.
- **Software Proficiency**: Excel in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally possess familiarity with CRM, SAP, and ERP software.
- **Sales Support**: Utilize tele sales experience to support sales efforts and collaborate with sales teams seamlessly.
- **Professional Representation**: Maintain a polished, friendly, and approachable demeanor, representing the company positively in all interactions.
