Leasing Coordinator/secretary

Leasing Coordinator/Secretary to the Managing Director: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the leasing process and negotiate lease terms. **Coordinate property viewings and communicate with prospective tenants ** Support marketing efforts to attract tenants and create compelling property listings. **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property availability. ** Act as a liaison between property owners and tenants, providing outstanding customer service. **Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests. ** Collaborate with property owners and managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet leasing standards. **Stay up to date on market trends and competition to make informed recommendations on rental pricing and property improvements. ** Prepare and execute lease agreements, renewals, and terminations. **Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating inspections and documenting any damages or repairs needed. ** Will be working as Secretary for Managing Director Perform any other duties as assigned.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
