**Your role**
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments while prioritizing based on goals.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed.
- Assisting with meeting preparation, including agenda creation and document distribution.
- Handling confidential information
- Manage and update departmental dashboards to track progress towards business targets.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proactive alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with the Manager to attain Personal and Professional goals
**Preferred skills and qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English**. **Arabic an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
