As a B2B sales manager in Wind Rises, your responsibilities would typically include:
**1.Sales and Business Development**: Your primary responsibility would be to generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client base in Dubai/Mena/Europe. This involves identifying potential clients, establishing contact, and pitching our Sailing Experience to them.

**2.Relationship Management**: You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Finding new customers through Attach Industry Events

**3.Market Research**: It is crucial to stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments in Dubai. You should conduct research to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor your sales approach accordingly.

**4.Negotiation and Closing Deals**: You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. This requires effective communication and persuasion skills to address objections, overcome hurdles, and successfully close deals.

**5.Reporting and Analytics**: It is essential to maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and report on key metrics. Analyzing data and generating reports will help in identifying areas of improvement, measuring success, and developing sales strategies.

**6.Plan Race events for clients: From start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives**:come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success, prepare budgets and ensure adherence, source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers, be in charge of hiring personnel (hiring a temporary team to run races and other activities, DJs, catering etc.), coordinate all operations before and during the events, supervise all staff (event coordinators, temporary team, etc.), ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur, analyze the event’s success and prepare reports
