Receptionist/production Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Receptionist cum Production Coordinator.
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
Coordinating production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Preparing, recording and filing of documents
- Coordinate production schedules and deadlines with internal teams and external parties
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Monitor pantry and stationary supplies needed by the team
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production processes and terminology is a plus
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
