Receptionist - UAE

The Receptionist performs a wide range of clerical, administrative, and general office duties to support the efficient operation of the office. This role involves transcription, typing, record and file maintenance, data entry, and telephone reception. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary receptionist for the company, screening correspondence and telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as transcription, typing, record maintenance, and data entry.
- Organize and maintain files of correspondence, records, and other documents for the manager, ensuring timely follow-up on pending matters.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, including preparing necessary documents and information.
- Assist in arranging travel, accommodations, and other logístical requirements as needed.
- Prepare routine letters and memoranda for manager's review and signature.
- Facilitate the flow of work through the office, initiating follow-up actions as required.
- Support in collecting information and data for reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proactive and positive attitude, able to work calmly under pressure.
- Highly organized and efficient in managing tasks and priorities.
