We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Sharjah office.

Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
*Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
*Manage the front desk, ensuring it is organized and presentable.
*Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
*Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
*Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
*Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
*Handle staff-related inquiries and provide support as needed.

Knowledge & Experience:
*Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
*Strong knowledge and experience in staff handling.
*Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for effective data management and reporting.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
