Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Make sure to update always the record of all the staff (visa, passport copy, MOH Licenses)
2. Print the updated hard copy of all the important documents such as Establishment MOH License, Doctors & Dental Assistant License Trade License, Chamber of Commerce, Civil Defense, Malpractice Insurance, Basic Life support, Water Testing Report (Advance Biotechnology Center), Water Filter, FANR License, WEKAYA License, Sign Board (MOH Portal).
3. Make sure to check the supplies especially in reception area and inform the management.
4. Answer the calls for appointment and booked on the respective doctors. (Please ask the problem of the patient and the preferably date and time, but ask the doctors first before you confirmed to the patient)
5. Arrange in advance all the files of the patient of the doctors.
6. Check the eligibility of the patient in all the portal of the insurance (Almadalla, Neuron, Enaya Nextcare, Melife, ADNIC, SAICO) and make sure that the patient signed in the claim and consent form)
7. Make sure that the whole clinic is clean before and after the doctors leave.
8. Remind the management of all the things that is needed to follow that you don’t have any access.
9. Having Experience in E-Claim/Riayati and Dental Reception is a must to be considered.
As a Dental Insurance Coordinator and Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Riayati and E-Claim Programs Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Riayati and E-Claim programs for efficient submission and processing of dental insurance claims.
Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of these programs to optimize claim submission processes.
**Dental insurance approval**:Accurately assign and submit dental codes for services rendered, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines and regulations.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of dental coding systems.
**Insurance Companies Knowledge (UAE)**:Possess in-depth knowledge of dental insurance policies and procedures specific to the UAE market.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claims processing.
**Customer Service Excellence**:Leverage your experience as a customer service representative to provide outstanding service to patients.
Address patient inquiries regarding insurance coverage, claims status, and related matters with professionalism and empathy.
**Qualifications**:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Dental Insurance Coordinator and Receptionist.
- Expertise in Riayati and E-Claim programs.
- In-depth knowledge of dental codes and insurance practices in the UAE.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in claim submissions.
Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
