Seeking Skillful Administrator - Coordinator for a Growing Fixd Maid Cleaning Services Company in Dubai.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the office.
- Managing Daily work schedule, creating roster, coordinating with field staff, clients and partners etc.
- Accepting new bookings from the clients, partners and efficiently assigning to the field crew.
- Assign tasks based on expertise and workload.
- Foster good working relationships with clients, drivers, and all field staff.
- Supervise and guide cleaning staff, Conduct regular training and performance evaluations.
- Act as the main point of contact with business partners & Address client concerns and service complaints promptly.
- Keep an organized ledger of daily jobs, daily sales records and other field activities done in the company.
- Generate reports on cleaning activities and KPI metrics.
- Ensure staff adheres to safety protocols & Conduct safety training sessions.
- Inventory Management of cleaning materials, consumables etc. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring upkeep and maintenance of all office machineries, cleaning equipment.
- Ensure implementation of quality control programs and ensure standards are met.
- Organize and update office files, employee documents, important records in the files as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Significant experience of 3 years as an administrator - coordinator or similar role in Cleaning company in UAE.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Excellent typing skills & basic bookkeeping skills.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate on multiple schedules & stakeholders.
- Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Friendly and Hospitable attitude.
- Experienced in Business Software’s.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Time management & Critical thinking capability is required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
