Administrative Assistant

**Position: Administrative Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers as necessary.
- Reach out to potential suppliers for quotes and details.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage office inventory and supplies.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of communications such as memos, letters, and forms.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Perform data entry and update records and databases as needed.
- Assist with the organization and execution of company events or special projects.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with financial record keeping.
- Other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
