Business Development Representative

**Role Description**
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will need to work collaboratively with Inside Sales /Sales team to execute Sales activities for Esquare Services and provide exceptional support to clients. The Responsibilities include tasks like Lead generation, Cold calling, Business Development activities and building relationships._

- Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold_
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about_
- industry trends._
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as potential_
- clients._
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, effectively articulating the value_
- proposition of our SaaS product._
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and_
- influencers within target organizations._
- Collaborate with the Customer success to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads_
- and provide necessary support after the onboarding process._
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectively_
- communicate the features and benefits of our SaaS product._
- Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions with leads and clients using CRM_
- software._
- Gather and communicate market feedback to the product development team to_
- contribute to the enhancement of our SaaS product based on client needs._
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field._
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably_
- in the SaaS industry._
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team._
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets._
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and maintenance processes is a plus._
