**The Job**:
The Business Development Representative, Associate assists in generating business leads for the outside sales team. Responsible for achieving quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

**What you will be doing**:

- Create inroads with key decision makers in businesses across GCC to pique interest in Epicor and Scasys products
- Hit the pipeline hard to grow and nurture opportunities for the sales organization
- Keep on top of market research to share with your field territory manager so we can stay on top of the game

**You bring (most) of this**:

- You are goal oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of achieving set goals
- You are adaptable and thrive in situations where you can think quick on your feet
- Previous experience in: Business Development, B2B Sales, Call Center/Telemarketing, Customer Service.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
