Job Title: Business Development Representative (Technology Consultancy)
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze client needs and pain points to tailor technology consultancy solutions accordingly.
**Lead Generation**:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies.
**Client Engagement**:
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and goals.
- Conduct virtual or in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our technology consultancy services.
**Proposal Development**:
- Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure proposals align with the client's business objectives and demonstrate the value of our consultancy services.
**Pipeline Management**:
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on the status of leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
**Negotiation and Closing**:
- Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Close deals and secure new business partnerships, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technical teams, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative in the technology consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and consulting services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
