**_*_**Directly supervising and overseeing Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Accounts, Reservations and all other divisions of the company.

**_*_**Identifying strength, weaknesses, opportunity, & threats of the current company structure. Implement strategies, to cut down weaknesses, identifying strengths within the existing formation of the company and lead generation.

*Identifying and implementing new marketing strategies including the website, social media strategies, new target audiences and new business pathways to then which will affect the steady improvement of the company revenue, number of units, occupancy rate, ADR and all other aspects of the company.

*Exploring the complete business entity up to date to find all things which needs to be improved or changed and taking action to lead the company towards more success.

*Duties may not be limited to the above mentioned job title.

**Salary**: AED1.00 per month
