A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Coordinator will also be required to manage team member accommodation and employee government relations related task. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Preparing letters related to status change, promotion letters, employment certificates and etc.
- Maintenance and inventory of all office supplies, stationary ,business cards and office equipment
- Administer ticket booking and airport pick up arrangement for new team members.
- Liaise with the Housing in charge for the welcome pack preparation, purchase and distribution for new joiners.
- Coordinate and assist on Team Members Transportation requirements, coordinate True Waldorf Committee related activities to team members such as team recognition day, sports events & etc. and ensure that all activities are advertised and communicated to everyone.
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Human Resources Manager or DHR.
