Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Point of Contact (POC) to be stationed at the Amazon Warehouse. The POC will serve as the primary liaison between Mainland Express and Amazon UAE, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role involves dispatching, managing delivery routes, overseeing delivery drivers and fleet, and attending to the needs of the operations team inside Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact between Mainland Express and Amazon UAE within the Amazon Warehouse.
- Dispatch delivery routes efficiently and manage the allocation of tasks to drivers.
- Actively seek and secure additional delivery routes to enhance operational capacity.
- Oversee and manage delivery drivers and fleet to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow.
- Foster and maintain a strong, positive relationship between Mainland Express and Amazon UAE.
- Attend to the needs and requests of the operations team inside the Amazon Warehouse.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Mainland Express management team.
