**Urgent Hiring**
Looking for one "Female - Admin Lady" with minimum 1 year of Experience in UAE
To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Alert and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by the Manager.
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintain the general office filing system. & Assist in General Office administration. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
- Booking updates on calendars & notify Operation manager & Guiding customer for Specific Location.
**Receptionist Qualifications / Skills**:
- Telephone Skills.
- Verbal Communication & Listening Skill in English and Hindi.
- Calm and professional appearance.
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency MS-Office (Word & Excel)
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
