We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the CEO.

**Executive Support**:

- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing correspondence and communication.
- Maintain the CEO's schedule, and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings and presentations.
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, partners, and clients.

**Errands**:

- Run errands as needed, including grocery shopping, picking up supplies, and handling deliveries.
- Manage household logistics and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Ensure all rooms are well-maintained, organized, and presentable.
- Contribution to the overall well-being and comfort of the household members.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
