Customer Support Associate

**We're looking for an exceptional, technically focused, Customer Support Associate to join our team.**

You'll need to feel at home in a technology-driven environment with big goals, and adopt a customer-obsessed mentality, but you'll be supported by empathetic, smart and talented team members along the way.**
**Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for handling queries from our app user community, enterprise customers and masternode holders, as well as internal teams. In addition you will be our blockchain and crypto SME and lead on blockchain and SHR token related customer support matters.**
**Passionate about customer service, you will ensure all enquiries are answered in a timely, professional manner - someone who our customers and community can trust to resolve their questions and enquiries.**
**We also expect you to have a natural ability to work cross-functionally with other departments, including finance, marketing, development and operations, and contribute to new developments as we build our new product lines.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Address day-to-day, technical and non-technical, inquiries from our customers. Supporting them with their queries in a timely and professional manner, either directly or by sourcing answers and tangible resolutions from the appropriate internal teams**:
- **Record and update template responses and add to our ever-growing Knowledge Base**:
- **Assist Customer Services and Operations team to compile data for analytics and trends that lead to operational efficiencies**:
- **Participate in cross-functional initiatives and working groups with other departments to design the best customer experience portal as well as in-product help**:
- **Spend time building a deep understanding of our customer's requirements**:
- **Communicate issues with technical, finance, compliance, or executive teams as necessary**:
- **Ensure key metrics are being achieved and provide timely feedback regarding objectives and development**:
- **Identify ways to improve processes and service delivery**:
- **Being an escalation point for clients and internal teams**:
- **Spotting potential areas for improvement with the supported products and managing the process to ensure they are resolved**
**Requirements**:
- **Previous experience in a similar customer support environment, preferably in the tech space.**:
- **A demonstrable passion for Blockchain and Crypto related businesses and want to learn more**:
- **A skilled people-person with a passion for providing great service and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical customers**:
- **Successful track record of customer queries including critical escalations and able to work under pressure in a calm and respectful manner**:
- **Experience with handling complaints and communicating with a diverse audiences, including challenging people**:
- **Excellent listener with critical thought and attention to detail**:
- **Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with constant change**:
- **A self-directed individual who proactively takes ownership and is excited to be part of our vision and mission**:
- **Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a bonus)**:
- **Immediate availability is preferred**

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
