ERP/cpm Sales Manager

**Job description**
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully by coordinating with the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Collaborating with management and sales team to create the annual revenue goal and implement the business development plan.
- Managing the prospective client pipeline and collaborating with local client teams to facilitate the sales process for all referral channels.
- Understanding ERP & CPM models and effectively designing sales strategies according to market understanding
- Facilitating communication with prospective clients - both verbally and in writing.
- Representing the firm positively and professionally in the community and at industry events
- Developing and implementing strategies and tactics with the sales team for generating leads from different channels.
- Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and prospects
- Periodically conducting research and competitive analysis to stay apprised of current market changes and competitive trends
- Identifying possible opportunities across all business sectors across the world
- Identifying highly potential business opportunities and pitching SAM products and solutions accordingly.
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as a request for information (RFI) request for proposal response (RFP), statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/ presentations.
- Weekly reporting on all sales activities like leads, sales, collection
- Passionate in sales profession
- Experience selling any large BSFI, ALM, treasury management, credit and market risk management solutions *
- Experience with any large software vendor selling to BFSI
- Experience selling ERP, Risk and CPM products*
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and sales-closing skills
- Goal-oriented, and dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
